Founder of NTS Independent Private College and the architect of its Christian-grounded, investment-ready model. He leads strategy, campus development and the college's growth into a boarding and technical institution.
Deputy Head — Academics
Oversees the Form 1–4 ZIMSEC programme, staff development and assessment standards. Twenty years in Zimbabwean secondary education with a focus on measurable learner progress.
Head of Sciences
Leads Combined Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics teaching, and runs the college laboratory and science club practicals that anchor theory in real experiments.
Head of Agriculture & Practical Learning
Runs the crop demonstration plots and entrepreneurship projects, teaching learners sustainable farming, record keeping and the business side of agriculture.

Class of 2021 · Civil Engineer, Harare
Moved from the college science stream to an engineering degree and now works on water infrastructure projects across Mashonaland West. Mentors current Form 4 learners on STEM pathways.
